Support Packs _
NSM Services have Support Contracts for every need
NSM Service's support contracts guarantee a response time in which an engineer will respond to any logged problem whether this is via remote support or the need to visit onsite. Please note this does not guarantee the problem fixed within this period. The contract is a 12 month rolling contract with a 28 day cancellation period at the end of the 12 months. A sales executive will contact you one month prior to the rolling renewal to discuss this and any issues at the time.
There will be no hidden costs during the maintenance period as NSM’s contracts have unlimited remote and onsite support. Any charges for work not covered by the maintenance contract will be quoted for prior to any work taking place.
In addition to the above, during the maintenance contract NSM Services will contact you periodically to make recommendations regarding the upgrade and enhancement of your current network.
