NSM standard responses times are within 1 to 8 hours during working hours Monday to Friday from 9am-5PM.
Any report of domain abuse should be sent by email to email@example.com
Customers wishing to make a complaint to us, should do so in writing by email to or by post to our registered address.
Any email sent to us by a customer will be responded to within 5 working days - normally 2 working days.
Any complaint should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org which will be responded to within 2 working days. Should the customer not be satisfied with our response, the customer can escalate it to management by writing to the email:email@example.com and will be responded to within 1 working day.

How many days in advance of the expiry of a .uk domain does NSM send an expiry notice to its customers?
NSM automatically send a renewal through by email 60 days before the renewal date.
How does NSM make its customers aware of its key terms
NSM always provides a written email quotation which includes the following information:
What NSM charge for domain renewal/registration which at present stands at £75/year including administration and hosting on our tag
NSM cancellation policy which is 30 days prior to renewal.
NSM will automatically renew a domain name which is about to expire unless NSM has received from the customer a written confirmation for the domain cancellation
NSM does not charge for transferring the domain to another registrar but may put a hold on the transfer if there is an overdue balance on the customer’s account.
